Charlotte has over 18 years marketing and business experience. Trained as a designer, she started her career client side; she's since found herself working in a number agencies both in Australia and the UK, established and start ups alike.
The move into the digital realm over 10 years ago has provided Charlotte with the perfect platform to indulge her fascination for people watching and her curiosity, observing human behaviour in general. She's had the good fortune to have worked with some of the world's leading brands during an extraordinary period of change and technological evolution. A proud dyslexic, Charlotte utilises her visual thinking to help her interpret trends and anticipate changes in behaviour.
Jeremy Swinfen Green
Jeremy has over 20 years experience in digital business having started his own mini-agency back in 1993. Since then he has worked for marketing agencies, media owners and consultancies and has advised a wide range of organisations, large and small, in many different sectors about their digital strategies. He has specialist expertise in social media and cyber risk, social media and content marketing, and customer experience analysis.
Jeremy is an experienced presenter, conference chair and author. He has an MBA from Cass Business School and a first degree in Natural Science from the University of Oxford. He is a member of the Finance and Performance Board of TechUK.
